Here is a review of Thomas Keller's Per Se in located in the Time Warner Centre in NYC.
I must experience dining in one of his restaurants.

My son works at Bouchon Bakery, which is his casual place at Per Se. He gets to eat the family meals and stuff like that. Not bad for a kid who started at Sharp's.
Wow... that sounds pretty cool. I'm jealous. I can't wait to eat a meal from one of his restaurants.
