I bought these three books from Amazon today. Kitchen Confidential, Bone in the Throat and The Nasty Bits. All by Anthony Bourdain. I know, I know, I have paying him a lot of attention lately. I'm hoping he will find my blog and want to hang out.I'm going to try to save two of them to read on my trip to Hong Kong next month. Maybe Tony will be there and we can get boozed and eat some fish eyes together?
