There is a lot of Chefs starting to blog. Here is a great article about it in the LA Times.
One blog I find very cool is L.2o It is written by a woman opening a new place in Philadelphia. She is blogging in detail about the entire experience from start to finish. Very interesting... to me anyway. Oh..... she is pretty hot too.
