Bet this would be good with that Belfiore smoked mozzarella cheese I tried last weekend. Get it at Price Chopper or Hen House.
I made this two days ago. It was delicious. I served the left over raviolis the next day with vodka sauce and kalamata olives. Also wonderful. Tomorrow I'm trying them again but with a little white truffle oil mixed in.
